The Parks Trust approached Meridian to revitalise the reception, atrium, and café of their serviced office space in Shenley Pavilions into one which both promoted business collaboration, and offered an opportunity for people to spend some time away from their working environment.
Whether part of the café, the reception welcome area or in one of the various breakout spaces, creating both vibrant and welcoming spaces was of key importance to The Parks Trust.
Working with the client’s concept layouts and visuals we worked the various aspects of the initial design listening to their goals, and understanding where we could make improvements to develop each area into its final form.
Alongside the space planning process, we took the key stakeholders down to the furniture showrooms in Clerkenwell to both demonstrate the quality of our offering, and narrow down specification to those products which had a look and feel en-keeping with their vision.
With vibrancy and colour being of high importance, we went the extra mile to bring the designs into a 3D visual and a format where we could add all the finishes to the area in real time, and ensure that the end result matched, and exceeded, what they hoped to achieve.
Having taken the time to fully understand their goals, we created a full scope for the refurbishment and proceeded to deliver the project – all within a 5 week period.
